Caroline Ladd Pratt House Landmarks Restoration

Current residence to the President of the Pratt Institute. Completed in 1898, it was designed by architects Babb, Cook and Willard in a neo-Georgian style. The house required a full restoration after decades of minimal maintenance and repair under the hands of the university.

Starting in 2015, a full report of the house’s windows, glazing, hardware and other components such as sills and moldings were reviewed and documented to submit to the Landmark Preservation Commision for approval of this window restoration project.
